Introduction

This article provides troubleshooting steps for resolving an issue where the display connected to the player shows a white screen with a green checkmark.

Instruction

  1. Connect a Wireless Mouse and Keyboard:

    1. Insert a wireless mouse and keyboard into the player's USB ports.

    2. For convenience, consider using a keyboard with an integrated touchpad, as the player has limited USB ports.

  2. Reboot the Player:

    1. Power off the player by unplugging it from the power source for 20–30 seconds.

    2. Plug the player back in to restart it.

  3. Cancel Auto-Play (If Applicable):

    1. If the basic settings screen appears, disable the auto-play feature.

  4. Check Network Settings:

    1. Navigate to the "Network" section in the player settings.

    2. Verify all network settings.

      1. For a LAN connection, ensure the Ethernet cable is securely connected, and the connection is stable.

      2. For a Wi-Fi connection, confirm that the network name (SSID) and password are entered correctly.
