This document is intended for use when no content, frozen content, or expired content is displayed.
Instruction
Confirm the TV is powered on.
Press the home button on the remote control.
Navigate the on-screen menu to locate and select the content application.
Content application names may include:
URL Launcher
Custom App
Content(s) Management
URL Launcher Settings: Used for settings only.
Additional Tips & Best Practices
After following these steps if the content is not playing, find the display power cord, disconnect it for 30 seconds, then plug it back in, and the content will auto-launch.
If you can't locate your display remote control, disconnecting the power cord for 30 seconds may work to launch content.
