Introduction

At times, LG TVs may display videos in a zoomed-in format while leaving static content unaffected. This article aims to provide straightforward solutions to tackle this issue using an LG remote.

Instruction

  1. Primary Fix for Issue

    1. Equip yourself with an LG remote control and head to the TV.

    2. Locate and press the TILE button on the remote to deactivate tile mode.

    3. After deactivating tile mode, restart the content.

    4. Press the home button on the remote.

    5. Select Signagelive from the Content Management options.

    6. Confirm that the video content is no longer zoomed in.

    7. If the issue persists, proceed with additional troubleshooting steps.

  2. Alternate Way to Fix Issue

    1. Equip yourself with an LG remote control and head to the TV.

    2. Press the button with the gear icon to open the Ez Settings menu.

    3. Navigate to Video Wall and select it.

    4. Under Video Wall, navigate using the down arrow until the toggle next to Tile mode is highlighted.

    5. Press the OK button on the remote to disable tile mode.

    6. Once tile mode is turned off, restart the content.

    7. Press the home button on the remote.

    8. Select Signagelive from the Content Management options.

    9. Allow the video content to play on the TV and verify that the zoomed-in display issue has been resolved.

    10. If the problem persists, proceed with additional troubleshooting steps.
