Introduction
This article explains how to check the statuses of devices in Channel Valet. Please note that this information is accessible only to users assigned as brand admins on the account. If you do not have this role, you cannot view device statistics.
Instruction
Sign in to Channel Valet:
Enter your username and password to log into your Channel Valet account.
If you do not have login credentials, please contact Revel Support for assistance.
Navigate to Devices:
Locate the navigation bar on the left-hand side of the screen.
Select Devices from the menu options.
Check Device Statuses:
After selecting Devices, you will see a list of device names under the Name column.
Under the Online column, the device status is displayed:
Yellow indicates the device is online.
Red indicates the device is offline.
The Content Check column displays the last time content was checked.
The Health Check column shows the last time a health check was performed.
The Status column indicates whether the device has been activated.
The Playlists (Channels) column lists the playlist associated with each device.
