Introduction

The Atlona is a 4K/UHD HDMI to HDBaseT distribution amplifier featuring pass-through HDMI input connections, Ethernet-enabled HDBaseT outputs and display control Capability. Each output has PoE for powering remote receivers. This allows less equipment behind the displays.

Getting Started

  1. If the "HDMI IN" light is not illuminated. Unplug and reseat the HDMI cable on the Media Player and Atlona Transmitter. If the issue is still present hard reset the Media player and Atlona Transmitter. If none of these options work call Revel Media Group.

  2. The number of HDBaseT lights will depend on the number of Atlona Receivers that are installed. If the HDBaseT light(s) are not illuminated this means there is no connectivity between the Atlona Transmitter and Atlona Receiver. Unplug and reseat the Cat5/6 cable on the Atlona Transmitter and Atlona Receiver. If the issue is still present hard reset the Atlona Transmitter and Atlona Receiver(s).

  3. If the Power Button has a red square around the button, hit the power button once, do not hold down the button. If the button is unresponsive perform a hard reset.

The EDID is not applicable during troubleshooting.

The key thing that you want to look for on the back is the Green and Amber lights. These lights indicate if there is connectivity.
