Instruction

  1. Power Light is Off:

    1. The player might be overheating.

      1. Unplug the player and let it cool for a few minutes before plugging it back in.

    2. Check the power cable connection.

      1. Ensure the power cable is securely connected to the player and outlet.

      2. Verify the outlet is functioning by testing it with another device.

      1. Try plugging the player into another outlet or using a different power strip to rule out power issues.

  4. Player is Offline:

    1. Check the ethernet cable and try unplugging it, then plugging it back in.

    2. Verify the Wi-Fi connection.

      1. Ensure the password is entered correctly

      1. Turn off the router for 30 seconds, then turn it back on to refresh the network connection.

    4. Make sure the Wi-Fi network is functioning by connecting it to another device.

      1. Check that the player is set to obtain an IP address automatically.

If using a static IP, ensure the settings are correct.

    5. Update the player's firmware.

      1. Ensure the player is running the latest firmware.

Outdated firmware can cause performance issues.

    3. Reduce the media load.

      1. If the player is freezing during playback, reduce the number of media files or simplify the playlist to see if performance improves.

  6. Intermittent Audio Playback:

    1. Check for signal interference.

      1. Ensure the player is placed away from devices that may cause interference, such as microwaves or cordless phones.

    2. Test with a different audio cable.
